Jeep I6 Rail Dragster Motor  This is a Jeep I6 motor that is going to be used as a drag race motor. The customer’s name is Mike Chilando & he is the owner of Alkydiggers Fuel Injection Service in Nashville, TN. Mike is setting this motor us to run on alcohol & nitro. He is building a rail dragster to put this motor in.  He has a Hilborn Mechanical Fuel injection set up for the motor. He also has a powerglide transmission to drive this beast. The motor is 284 cubic inches & has 13.2 to 1 compression ratio. We’ve have build a free flowing aluminum head & have a big roller camshaft for this application to help with the flow.
