                         Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales of performance products are final and carry no warranty other than that offered by the manufacturer. Products manufactured by Hesco are considered high-performance parts, and are not subject to warranty.  Non stock special ordered parts are non-returnable.

There will be a 20% restocking charge on all returns for any reason other than defectives or misrepresentation of product compatibility.

However, if a product sold by Hesco proves to be defective or incompatible with the application represented by Hesco, we will accept the return of the item without restocking charges under the following terms:

Returns must be done so within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number from Hesco prior to returning any item for any reason.

All returns to Hesco must be shipped freight prepaid FOB Destination unless the RMA specifically states otherwise. Any damages to the item in transit back to Hesco are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item proves to be defective, we will either refund to the customer the original cost of the item and any extra freight incurred, or if the customer requests, replace it with an identical or nearly identical item and reimburse the extra freight.

Any replacement merchandise shipped by Hesco prior to receipt by Hesco of the item alleged to be defective or incompatible must be paid in full by certified funds or wire transfer (including freight) prior to shipment. Upon receipt by Hesco, if the item proves to be defective or incompatible as alleged, Hesco will refund in full the charges for the replacement merchandise.
