Machine Shop

Hesco has a complete automotive machine shop, known best for the custom engine work we do, but also for the remanufactured Jeep engines & cylinder heads offered through our website.  We do balancing & blue-printing, porting & polishing, and custom fabrication.  Our machine shop delivers proven results!  Our engines have powered 13 Daytona victories and two NASCAR championships.  We have also prepared engines for Chrysler Motor Sports' desert racing program. Below we prepare a 4.0L six cylinder Jeep engine, complete with our aluminum cylinder head for one of our customers. We are also filling Nitrous Oxide bottles. Cold bottles fill quick. Warm bottles takes about 2 hours to chill & fill. $10.00 per pound.
